BEFORE INSTALLATION

We conduct a thorough project analysis before the start of any installation. We work closely with you to understand your equipment requirements. We scope, cost and plan the project so you know exactly how much it costs and when it will be in service. We guarantee that all our lift installations meet the required elevator standards.

DURING INSTALLATION

Our project management team carry out our full Health and Safety Plans, to ensure compliance and sign-off.

We carefully monitor the progress of the project and thoroughly inspect all work carried out by our employees, including auditing and implementing our quality control process.

COMPLETE INSTALLATION

At the project end, you receive training on the elevator operation and a handover package, including Operating & Maintenance manuals. All our lifts have a 12-month warranty period covering all our products and services.

Project Summary

As the lift is vital component in an occupied building, it was important that the programme was short and ran fluently so the lift could be returned to service as soon as possible. The project ran for approximately six weeks from the moment the lift was taken out of service to the consultant witness testing and being handed back to the client. Prior to works commencing a pre-start meeting with the residents and staff over a buffet laid on by Concept, to go over the programme of works and mange the clients expectations throughout the project.

The works were carried out by a team of carefully selected sub-contractors who over a period of successful projects form a “close knit" team, that deliver in quality, speed and performance to a very happy client.

Project Summary

The project ran for approximately seven weeks from the moment the lift was taken out of service to the consultant witness testing and being handed back to the client. In the usual approach for projects with Orbit Housing and prior to works commencing a pre-start meeting with the residents and staff over a buffet laid on by Concept, to go over the programme of works and manage the clients expectations throughout the project.
The works were carried out by a team of carefully selected sub-contractors who over a period of successful projects have experience in the customers requirements project delivery. To minimise disruption to the home, stair lifts were provided for the duration of the contract.
