Concept Elevators is rebranding as andwis Lifts

We are delighted to announce that from 1 April 2026, Concept Elevators began trading as andwis Lifts, alongside our fellow lift businesses within the andwis Group.

This decision further aligns our businesses and strengthens our ability to deliver a more connected and integrated service for our customers.

Please be assured that there will be no changes to the way we work with you. Your existing contacts within the business remain the same, and our account details are unchanged.

To provide further clarity, we’ve answered some common questions below.

Why is this happening?

Since joining the andwis family of businesses, Concept Elevators has worked closely with the other lift companies within the Group to deliver a full breadth of services for both passenger and goods lifts.

With a shared culture, expertise, and geographical reach, our teams are excited to bring these capabilities together under one brand. By combining our strengths, we can build on the strong foundations we have independently established to deliver a highly reputable, industry-leading lift service, including:

  • New installations for passenger and goods lifts
  • Modernisation of ageing lift systems
  • Maintenance programmes supporting LOLER compliance
  • Reactive repairs and rapid response support to keep your lifts operational

How does this rebrand benefit customers?

By bringing the lift businesses within the andwis Group together under one name, customers will benefit from:

  • Afull and varied range of self-delivered services to support your business
  • Greater internal collaborationacross our core locations
  • Expanded field expertise, with a larger team of experienced lift engineers

How will this change affect you?

It is important to emphasise that the way we work with you will not change.

Our project teams, engineers, and helpdesk will remain fully operational, and you will continue working with your usual contacts within the business.

This approach allows us to maintain our strong regional presence while operating at national scale, retaining the trusted people you already know.

What is changing on 1st April 2026?

From 1st April 2026, we will begin trading as andwis lifts. This reflects our alignment within the andwis Group and supports a more unified national lift service.

Is this a change of legal entity?

No. This is a trading name change only. Your contract remains with the same legal entity, company number, and registered office.

Does my contract or pricing change?

No. All existing contracts, commercial terms, SLAs and conditions remain fully valid with no changes required.

Will my account management change?

No. You will continue to work with the same account managers and support staff as today.

Are your banking or payment details changing?

No. Please continue paying into the same bank account as before. Banking details remain unchanged.

Do I need to change the billing information?

Most importantly, there is no change to our banking details. Please continue to remit payments to the same account used previously. We simply ask that you update your records to reflect our new trading name, andwis Lifts.

What changes will customers actually see from 1st April?

You will begin to notice:

  • Updated branding on documentation, job sheets, invoices, emails and vehicles
  • New email signatures with new branding.
  • Email addresses changing to @andwislifts.com
  • Updated andwis lifts uniforms for all field staff

Will this affect how jobs are scheduled or delivered?

No disruption is expected. The trading name change supports a wider internal alignment of systems but does not affect your service level or the delivery of maintenance, repairs or callouts.

Will the way I receive job sheets, invoices or certificates change?

Only the branding will change. All documents will begin using the andwis lifts logo from 1st April. The structure and delivery method remain the same.

Do customers need to take any action?

Yes, one simple update: Please update your internal records to show our trading name as andwis Lifts from 1st April. No other customer actions are required.

I am concerned the change will negatively affect the quality of the service. How can you reassure me?

Our internal policies, safety procedures, and commitment to service excellence remain unchanged.

What happens next?

The most visible change will be our branding.

Over time, you will see our engineers wearing andwis Lifts uniforms and driving vehicles branded with the andwis Lifts logo.

Our proposals, invoices, documentation, and other materials will also gradually transition to the andwis Lifts brand identity.

Looking ahead, the rebranding will lay the foundations to leverage the strengths of the businesses that form our Group. As the various specialised companies within the andwis Group come together, our long-term ambition is to move toward a single, unified entity.

This evolution will allow us to offer you a more seamless, comprehensive service while maintaining the local expertise you value.

Who do I contact with questions or concerns?

If you have any questions, concerns, or would like further information, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

Will there be an andwis Lifts website?

Yes. We are currently developing a central andwis Lifts website, which will provide detailed information about our services, expertise, and locations.

This will be launched in the coming months.
